The oven is still blown up. Time to grill!
Since the oven has blown up, I have been exploiting alternating venues for applying heat to food. In this instance, it was a grill and some cedar planks.
How pretty is that? Cedar plank grilled chicken. After it was done, we (mostly me) removed the meat from the bones, which were tossed in a pot to make smoked chicken stock. BAM! It’s true. Anyways, cedar plank grilled chicken.
