  • Cedar Plank Grilled Chicken

    The oven is still blown up. Time to grill!

    Cedar Plank Grilled Chicken, prior to being ripped apart and shoved into bellies.

    Since the oven has blown up, I have been exploiting alternating venues for applying heat to food. In this instance, it was a grill and some cedar planks.

    How pretty is that? Cedar plank grilled chicken. After it was done, we (mostly me) removed the meat from the bones, which were tossed in a pot to make smoked chicken stock. BAM! It’s true. Anyways, cedar plank grilled chicken.
